SourceIQ only uses invoices to extract product and pricing information. Sensitive personal and payment details are automatically removed and are not used for price comparison.

Data minimization
After extraction we save only the item and pricing table — not the full invoice file — unless you choose to keep the original. You can toggle this on every upload.
Security
- Files are encrypted at rest in storage.
- All traffic uses TLS in transit.
- Authentication uses industry-standard token-based sessions.
- Employee access is restricted by role; production data access is logged.
- Account activity is recorded in audit logs.
